RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Across The Pond online, your satisfaction is our top priority. All items are inspected thoroughly for flaws prior to shipment. If you are unsatisfied with your items for any reason you have 14 days from the date on your receipt to initiate an exchange or return. If it is a holiday item, return must be initiated prior to the
holiday. 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call us at (904) 909-0547 or send us an email at acrossthepondfl.com

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

 

Please send your return to our store address at 310 Centre St, Fernandina Beach Fl, 32034.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

All sale items and presale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No price adjustments will be given for past purchases with sale items. Holiday items cannot be returned after the holiday.
